Return Policy

Due to the unique and collectible nature of TCG products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for items that have been opened or used. All sales are final once the order has been fulfilled. However, if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us directly within 7 days of receipt. We will review your case and make every effort to resolve the issue, which may include offering a replacement, partial refund, or other remedies at our discretion. Proof of the issue, such as photos, may be required to process your claim.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipment by contacting our customer support team. However, cancellations may be subject to a 10% fee to cover non-refundable processing costs. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our standard return policy applies. We appreciate your understanding.
