Shipping Policy
Processing and Shipping Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, sales events, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Methods and Costs
All shipments are handled exclusively through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
All orders are shipped at a flat rate of $10. This standard shipping fee applies to all purchases, regardless of order weight, dimensions, or destination.
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
• We select the most appropriate and cost-effective USPS service for each order to balance speed, reliability, and affordability.
Important Notes:
• Delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. We cannot reroute or modify shipments once they have been dispatched.
Chargeback Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks.
Any customer who initiates a chargeback (or dispute) with their payment provider for any reason—including buyer’s remorse, “item not received” claims when tracking confirms delivery, or unauthorized charge claims—will result in the following actions:
• Immediate permanent ban from our store and all future purchases.
• Cancellation of all current and pending orders associated with the account or payment method.
• No exceptions will be made, even if the chargeback is later reversed or withdrawn.
We encourage customers to contact us directly for any issues with an order so we can resolve them promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback bypasses this process and will be treated as abusive behavior.
This policy helps us maintain fair operations and protect against fraudulent or unwarranted disputes. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
